Rental prices include:

• All taxes and VAT
• Unlimited kilometers
• 24-hour roadside assistance

Driver’s age

The driver must be over 20 years old and under 75.

Driving License

The driving license must have been issued for at least 1 year.

National driving licences issued in the EU are accepted.
Citizens of all other countries must have a valid international driving license together with their normal driving license.

Necessary documents for vehicle rental:

• Valid driving licences for all registered drivers.
• Passport or EU national identity card for all drivers.
• EU passport for all drivers, national driver’s license for all EU drivers.

The amount of 300€ will be pledged from the card as a guarantee.

Payment

Payment can be made upon receipt of the vehicle or in cash or via credit, debit and prepaid cards.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a reservation you must contact us by email or telephone.

If the cancellation of the reservation is made at least 10 days or more, the deposit will be refunded.

In case of cancellation less than 10 days and up to 5 days before the scheduled start of the rental, there is a charge of 50% of the deposit.

In case of cancellation less than 5 days before the scheduled start of the rental, the client will be charged the full amount of the deposit.

Delayed returns

During the high season maximum acceptable delay at no extra cost is 20 minutes. Beyond 20 minutes delay the customer will be charged an additional one day rental fee.

Fuel policy

The lessee is obliged to pay for the fuel during the rental period and to return the car with the same amount of fuel that he/she received. If the lessee returns the vehicle with less fuel, the lessee will be charged the difference in fuel. There is no refund if the renter returns the vehicle with more fuel than he/she received.

No insurance covers

• Damages caused because the driver was driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
• Damage caused by an unauthorized driver
• Damage caused to the interior of the vehicle.
• Damage caused by an accident and our company and the police were not notified at the time of the accident.
• Damage caused while the car was illegally parked.
• Damages caused by violations of the Road Traffic Code (C.O.K.)
• Damages caused by dangerous driving, intentional or negligent.
• Damage caused to the engine because the wrong fuel was used or in general due to the negligence of the driver.
• Damages caused because the driver was driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
• Damage caused by an unauthorized driver
• Damage caused to the interior of the vehicle.
• Damage caused by an accident and our company and the police were not notified at the time of the accident.
• Damage caused while the car was illegally parked.
• Damages caused by violations of the Road Traffic Code (C.O.K.)
• Damages caused by dangerous driving, intentional or negligent.
• Damage caused to the engine because the wrong fuel was used or in general due to the negligence of the driver.

Baby & child seats

We have two types of seats available

• Baby seat: 0-2 years old
• Child seat: 2-5 years old
• Child seat booster: 5-9 years old

The child and baby seats are free of charge.

Car transport by ferry

It is forbidden to transport a vehicle outside Naxos.

Car mechanical damage

In case of damage the car, our company is not oblige to replace the vehicle, only to refund you the money for the next days which you have paid.
